What is kViewer Lookup?

kViewer Lookup is a function that can reference and import data from Kintone into Form Bridge through the use of kViewer. With the kViewer Lookup, Form Bridge can automatically reflect information from a Kintone app.
For example, when an external user inputs a product name into a form, Form Bridge can use kViewer to automatically fill in the product name, model number, and price.

Using kViewer Lookup?

1. In kViewer, load the Kintone app that contains the data you wish to reference, and save it as a view. It is possible to selectively withhold specific records from kViewer. For example, data for product D can be hidden by using a filter that only shows records that do not contain data from product D.
2. In Form Bridge, click the kViewer tab and input the kViewer API token. Then in the field editing screen, set up kViewer Lookup by designating the kViewer field that contains the record data with its corresponding Form Bridge field that will reflect the data.
3. A search field allows users to search records using data from any part of the record, such as product name, model number, or price for the example from earlier.
   Partial match search is also possible, so for example, a search with "CB" will return a list of records that have model numbers containing CB.
