Is it possible to create multiple user IDs for a single Form Bridge environment?

No. Only one ID (email address)/password account can be created for one Form Bridge environment.

Function and Usage

My values are not loading into my table in Kintone.

Field codes must be the same between Form Bridge and Kintone, not only for the table but for the fields within the table as well.
If you go to the field screen in Form Bridge and use the sync icon to sync the table, it should be synced with the correct field codes.

I get an error saying “there are duplicate field codes” when trying to sync with labels or borders.

Since Kintone does not assign a field code to labels and borders, Form Bridge assigns them a field code in order to sync. However, when trying to sync multiple labels and borders at once, Form Bridge will assign them all the same field code.
Therefore, labels and borders must either be manually added in Form Bridge or synced one at a time. When an app is newly registered, the duplicate error will not be displayed.

The item positions in the released form are different to how they were set in the settings.

When placing a field in a separate row, make sure that the field is separated by the gray dotted line that appears when moving fields in the field screen in Form Bridge.
Placing multiple items within the same dotted lines will cause row misalignment depending on the form width.

Are there any specifications to logo size?

There is no particular specifications to the size of the logo set under general settings, but the default Form Bridge logo is 422x64 px.

If there is a submission while Kintone is undergoing maintenance, how is it handled?

The submission will appear to have succeeded to the respondent, but the data will not actually be registered to Kintone. If an error notice email is set, the administrator on Form Bridge will be notified.
If the “Automatic Retry” function from the premium course is set, Form Bridge will automatically register the data to Kintone when possible.

I can’t register to Kintone and see the error, “Invalid JSON string”.

This error appears when data from a field in Form Bridge is being registered into a field in Kintone with a different field type.

A field that is a “Radio Button” in Form Bridge but a “Check Box” in Kintone.

The confirmation button / submission button isn’t loading the next page.

There may be an error occurring within the submission page.
The following are possible causes:

  • a hidden required field with no default value assigned
  • a required field that is only displayed when a condition is met

Is it possible to set the text within buttons such as the confirmation button and submission button?

Yes, by using the translation feature provided in the standard course.
Set the desired text under the English column.

Can multiple recipients be added to error notice emails or administrator notice emails?

Yes, by using the response post-submission step feature provided in the premium course.
